Inspire Mental Health Center Corp., Private Practice in Palos Park, Illinois is currently seeking fully licensed LCPC or LCSW Therapists to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors. This is a part-time /full time opportunity for clinicians interested in providing evening and weekend therapy sessions, conduct in-person and/or virtual sessions.

Job Role: Mental Health Therapist (LCSW / LCPC)

The Mental Health Therapist will provide high-quality behavioral health services to individuals, couples, and families in a supportive outpatient private practice setting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, family, and/or couples therapy using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA and Illinois state regulations.
• Collaborate with other providers when appropriate to support client care.
• Maintain an active Illinois LCSW or LCPC license in good standing.
• Provide services through in-person and/or telehealth sessions depending on client needs.

Qualifications

Active Illinois LCSW or LCPC license.

• Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Ability to work independently in a private practice setting.
• Availability to provide evening and/or weekend sessions.
