At Jobfyn, we strive to provide the best possible experience. Because our services—including job postings and pricing plans—are digital products delivered immediately, we have established the following guidelines regarding refunds.

1. Digital Services & Job Postings

Once a service is activated, it is considered “consumed.” We generally do not offer refunds for active listings or used credits. Refunds are not issued based on the number of applications received or the quality of candidates, as these factors are outside of Jobfyn’s control.

2. Refund Eligibility & Time Limit

We evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date. You may be eligible if:

  • A technical glitch caused a double charge.
  • A technical error prevented your job from being displayed correctly for more than 48 hours.

In certain cases, we may offer platform credits instead of a monetary refund, which can be used for future postings.

3. Secure Payments & Processing

We use industry-standard encryption to ensure your transaction data is safe. We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and secure payment gateways. Once approved, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please email our support team at support@jobfyn.com with your Order ID and a brief explanation.
